Ode to Grandma

Jen's mother, Debbie, arrived Friday night and was at the house to receive us when we got home. Since then, she's been making our house run in an orderly fashion while we figure out just what our little bundle of joy wants at various moments of the day and night. Preparing meals, cleaning up, managing breastmilk bottles and providing emotional support are just a few of the roles she's played in the two days we've been home so far. We're going to have a lot more to say about Debbie as the week progresses-- and I'll be sure to post more pictures soon-- but here's a quick look at the proud grandmother with her little Jack.

Congratulations to Jen and Michael! Grandma Debbie sent all of us in Connecticut the news that Jack had arrived. I was smiling all day! He is a beautiful boy--what a handsome family you make. The girls better look out if Jack has even half of his father's charm!! I can see how proud Grandma is of her new grandbaby. Thank you for taking the time to share your life with those that can't be there in person. My best to all of you.

Love, Robbie
